We offer Annual Preventive Maintenance Agreements for your residential heating and cooling equipment. The current investment is $140.00 per year for the aggreement which covers one maintenance on one furnance and one air conditoner. When you purchase one of our agreements, we’ll see you in the Spring to check your a/c unit and again in the Fall to check your furnace. Should you need service during the year, we’ll give you a 10% discount on the repairs, and won’t charge you overtime rates after hours.
